Language Evaluation

Good evaluation of any skill or expertise is the basis of obtaining strong credentials and improvement. Our language evaluation services provide a comprehensive insight into proficiency in English as well as a foreign language.

Language evaluation will enable you to assess a level and degree of interpretation & translation abilities of a person. Whether you are an individual who wants to determine a level language ability or an organization looking for testing language proficiency of its employees, Language Resource Center will make it all happen.

Language Evaluation determines the candidate’s competency in English and the target language; ability to apply accepted interpreting skills, ethics and standards of practice; and knowledge of general medical terminology.

For Interpreters & Translators

If you think you have some level of proficiency in a foreign language, then use our language evaluation service to be sure. To get an evaluation you will have to sit an exam with us. We conduct such tests on a regular basis and can even set up a special exam day if you apply as a group of at least 10 individuals.

Your language skills will be evaluated according to a group of criteria namely, Comprehension, Grammar, Speaking Ability, Pronunciation, Reading and Writing.

The objective of the exam is to ascertain your level of proficiency in a particular foreign language. So don’t be anxious about how ‘well’ or ‘badly’ you will do on the test. The evaluation should reflect your actual proficiency. Only by identifying the areas of your weaknesses can you improve yourself. So don’t be tempted by (unfair) ways to ‘improve’ your score. A higher but incorrect evaluation score will work to your own detriment.
